(More customer reviews)I get really bad canker sores, I have ever since I was a child. I have used everything. I used to take L-Lysine, and it worked, but it took about 4 days to a week to really start working on the bad ones. I would double or triple the dose to try to speed it up.
This stuff, however, is the best I have tried so far. I will never be without Super Lysine again. When I am getting low, I order more. I recommend it to everyone I know. When I get a new canker sore, I take it immediately and it stops the sore from getting bad. I have doubled the dose of this when I get a major break out of them. It will almost completely heal a bad canker sore in 5 days. Usually, it takes about 2 weeks for mine to completely heal, and thats without taking anything for them.
It has Vitamin C, 1500 mg L-Lysine, Garlic Bulb, Echinacea, Propolis and Licorice Root in it. This combination is perfect, because this stuff really works.
So, if you have this problem like me, give this a try. You will be happy you did.

As I said above, I have tried everything for canker sores. Campho Phenique, Orobase, Kanka, Salt water, Lysterine, Zilactin, Canker Sore mouthwash, Canker Rid, Lysine, Super Lysine, Chloroseptic Spray and Magic Mouthwash prescribed by my Doctor. Out of all these things, the ones that work the best are Lysterine with alcohol for numbing, Kanka for numbing and covering, Chloroseptic for numbing and Super Lysine for speed of healing. I talked to my Orthodontist about this, and he prescribed me Triamcinolone Acetonide which is a Dental Paste for Oral Lesions. It is the ONLY thing that has worked for me. It heals the canker sore in 3 days. So if you are having problems like I do, and can't find anything to remedy it, I suggest asking your Doctor or Dentist about prescribing it for you.
