(More customer reviews)I get a little depressed every fall until spring rolls around again. (I'm not a doctor) Taking this every day during that time definitely does the trick for me. It takes a few days to start to notice the first affects and about a month to fully do the trick. It will give you some crazy dreams, but I seem to sleep deeper when I take it. I noticed its also in Yogi Bed Time Tea. Better price than Wal-Mart, and it doesn't trick you with the 100 capsule bottles that are only 50 servings.
