Ive tried other magnesiums but this one I cant feel a difference.Its fast acting and breaks down quickly.Dont by the magnesium calciums.Take them separetly calcium in the morning and magnesium at night.I use to be a chocoholic because its high in magnesium,once I started taking this during my menstral cycle I had no cravings for thoes sugar bars.Magnesium will help relax cramping in your body.
