(More customer reviews)I have muscle spasms in my throat which make me feel like I'm being strangled and have a lump in my throat feeling. I bought this because I didn't want the side affects of prescription meds, so thought I'd give it a try. It works for that most of the time, and also shortly after I bought it I bent over one morning and my back was in pain. I started using it and it helped. It did not work by itself to take away all pain however but with Excedrin and that combined it made it so I could continue to go to work. I also noticed if I take it in the morning it does not make me sleepy but in the evening it helps me sleep.
