(More customer reviews)For the past two years I took a Similase capsule with every regular meal I ate and no longer had occasional indigestion. After major abdominal surgery last year my gastrointestinal tract started rumbling and complaining after every meal I swallowed. When I got home I started taking the Similase again and my GI-tract quieted right down. It seems to be true that when you get older the body doesn't produce as many digestive enzymes--I'm 75 years old. Too bad I didn't know about Similase sooner. Some of my food "intolerances" would have disappeared as they have now.
