(More customer reviews)This is not a liquid but a powder form in a 12 oz Jar. Psillium husks are ground more fine than the original colon cleanse. Flavor ok (it tastes like pineapple) Surprised that it was 26 calories per two teaspoon serving versus 0 calories in the original. Does its job though and promotes regularity.
