(More customer reviews)I used the Fruit of the Earth Vitamin-E Oil to treat lacerations on my face after an auto accident several years ago. I had a gash over my eyebrows and several cuts on my nose and the right side of my face. One particularly deep cut was at the beard line below the cheekbone.
In any case, I did not use any other products to treat the wounds but I faithfully applied the Vitamin-E Oil twice daily for several weeks. The cuts all healed as perfectly as could be hoped for. Now, several years later, you can't even tell they were there unless I point them out. And even then you can just barely make out the scar above my brow and the one along the lower edge of my cheek bone.
I thoroughly endorse this product for wound care and am convinced that it's the only reason I did not develop clearly disfiguring scars after my auto wreck. The only complaint I have is that it's so hard to find in retail stores, at least in my area.
