(More customer reviews)Standard 00 capsules, which are much less expensive when ordered here. I bought 5,000. The only (slight) negative is that the capsules were packed in a high-humidity environment, apparently, which means they swell a little as they absorb air-borne moisture, and are somewhat more difficult to handle when loading into a capsule-filling gadget. (They don't slide as easily into the holes, but have to be pushed.) This can happen with other shippers, too. I put some moisture-absorbing packets (found in other vitamin/herb retail-size bottles) into the bag (they come 1,000 per individual bag), resealed the bag for a few days, and the capsules shrank back to their slightly smaller, dry (proper) dimensions. Other sellers of empty capsules can have the same problem, and at least one other seller has said that, if their capsules have absorbed moisture, they can be spread on a cookie sheet and warmed until dry in the oven. (Not baked, just warmed. Additionally, I would not advise that capsules be put in a microwave in an attempt to dry them out. That, I'm sure, would only cook them, and probably distort the shape of the capsules.)
