(More customer reviews)I discovered Colostrum by Symbiotics in the late 90's when it healed a stubborn sprained ankle that wasn't getting better. I've kept it on hand ever since. I have opened the capsules and sprinkled it on my pet's food (which they love) to help boost their immune systems and now take two capsules, twice per day to help keep my own immune system strong. I'll go years betweens colds... I take 4-6 capsules twice per day if I suffer a sports related injury and it heals in record time!
I haven't taken over the counter allergy/cold medicine in over a decade.
