Best method of use: dissolve one quarter tsp. in juice--no taste whatsoever. Even if you have nothing but the glass of water you are taking vitamin pills with, dissolve and stir the powder into it--the taste is so mild you can swallow it at one gulp.
Will not mess with your stomach, will not mess with the body's pH even with large doses. Why people still take ascorbic acid is a victory of advertising over logic.
