When I realized that both my daughter and I seem to suffer from this, I started using Marshmallow Root Extract daily. I have noticed a difference, so I recommended this to my daughter. She purchased this from Amazon and has just begun using it as well. I don't mind the taste so I mix mine in water, but she's pickier and mixes hers with juice. The price on Amazon is well below what I had paid at a health-food store. I like to shop locally as much as possible, but sometimes the prices seem a bit exorbitant on some products (like this). You can't go wrong with natural products with no side affects that work this well!
