(More customer reviews)In the past I have taken what I thought were very good vitamins, however, the Nature Made vitamins are by far the best I have found.
I take the Multi Complete, B12, Super B Compound, Calcium 600, Magnesium and C 500 and have for several years. The liquid gels are so much better, in my opinion. They are easier to swallow and have no preservatives or fillers.
