(More customer reviews)LifeTime's Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate is in a very-easy-to take form, and it comes with magnesium and Vitamin D for better assimilation. Due to a dairy allergy and inability to swallow big pills and tablets, my last two bone density tests have shown I have osteopenia (low bone density). So, I was very relieved to find this liquid form of Calcium that even I could take. Only one tablespoon twice a day supplies me with the calcium citrate and magnesium supplementation I need. I've tried most of the flavors (Orange-Vanilla, Lemon, and Strawberry), and prefer taking this supp with orange juice, lemonade, or vanilla-flavored almond milk. Now all I need do is walk forty minutes each day, and perhaps then I'll look forward to better results on my next bone density test!
