(More customer reviews)I have noticed a big difference around my waist. After losing most of my extra weight a couple of years ago I was never able to lose a slight fat layer around my waist. Sometime during my second bottle of this product the fat slowly went away. I always eat careful and workout, I made no changes to my routine. Of late I have been eating normal american without any weight gain. I take six capsules each day, 2 @ morning, 2 @ dinner, 2 @ bedtime. I also take fishoil and ZMA.
