(More customer reviews)These are powder encapsulated pills; coated with a clear gel, oblong, and very easy to swallow. The "Ester" makes them quickly and efficiently absorb-able. When I use these, I never catch colds, even If I feel one coming on. The cold doesn't catch hold of me. This company makes excellent quality supplements. They conduct their own laboratories. I use many of their supplements.
The only problem I have with Physiologics is they can have dramatic price increases. That can become a tough pill to swallow. My B vitamins increased 10.00, in a 3 month period. The price for these seem to be holding steady.
