(More customer reviews)Perfect food is totally awesome. I have been taking one scoop for about a year and never get sick. I am a nurse in a busy recovery room, I am around sick people all the time and exposed to who knows what, but with Perfect Food I stay healthy. I have a delicious way to drink this every morning. I have one of those shaker bottles with a wire mixer ball and I put about 8 oz of water, then one scoop of Perfect Food and about 8 oz of veggie juice, v8 or I usually get the low sodium veggie juice from Trader Joes and it makes the taste very tolerable. Mixing this with fruit juice just makes the takes worse, but the veggie juice blends well with it. I would take this stuff even if I had to gag it down with water alone because it keeps me healthy.
