Within the next two hours i had cleaned the entire house.(4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and den) And was ready to do something else. They work. I wasnt hyped out but i had a burst of energy with no crash. Its great for working out on those days when you dont feel like it.
