I could only have a bowel movement with over the counter laxatives and suppositories.... until I came accross this wonderful product. I take 2 softgels just before I go to bed. In 4 hours or as soon as you wake up, you will have a bowl movement... a great one!! Actually you can have many bowel movements for that day, so dont plan anything that day. As soon as you feel a light hint of a bowel movement, run to the bathroom or you many not make it by your next "hint". Make sure you take magnesium along with calcium. Both together are great for your bones and joint.
