(More customer reviews)I have a rotator cuff tear and I was told I was a good candidate for surgery. That was unappealing to me to say the least. I did some research and found this product and thought I would give it a shot. Non additive, will not damage kidney or liver, no side effects (for me anyways)-I really had nothing to lose. I started to notice some difference in about 2 weeks, meaning I initially could barely lift my arm to brush my teeth, comb hair etc.. By 3 weeks I started to work on getting back some flexibility. Then I started to add very light weight and continue to get back some flex and strength. It has taken some time but I am back to 80% strength and 90% flex.. You can never repair cartilage without surgery, however this product reduced the inflammation (soreness) enough to allow me to rehab and build back up the muscles surrounding the tear for increased functionality. I will probably take for the rest of my life for other body nuisances that creep up, as my age does as well. It worked well for me, your mileage may vary.
