(More customer reviews)Nasaline is used to make a saline solution for nasal irrigation. As a sinus sufferer, I've been doing nasal irrigation for years, using table salt to make the solution. Nasaline is available in pre-measured packets, which were very convenient to use while I was on vacation recently and I do recommend the packets for their convenience; however, for everyday use, Nasaline is much more expensive than table salt and doesn't work any better.
