(More customer reviews)I wanted to help increase my supply so I started with drinking mother's milk tea. But did not feel it was doing much so I purchased this. It seems to work better because you can ingest a more concentrated quantity of the essencial ingredient in the tea. I read how some people found the flavor disgusting but I thought it was pretty pleasant. It is like sweet licorice combined with herbs. I thought it was easy to take as recommended and definitely seemed to help my milk supply. My milk supply issue was a little more serious than this could take care of alone and eventually I moved on to accupuncture and chinese herbs.
