Plus I fantasize that it does have better health benefits than regular salt...I have no way of knowing if any of those health claims are true. Any way, at the time I needed more salt, Spice Lab had the best prices so I bought from them. I also bought an extra quantity as a gift for my sister. Salt arrived quickly, and was well packaged, and the salt is authentic. Spice Lab also threw in a sample of another type of salt and a wooden salt spoon. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase from them. Definitely ill buy from them again, as long as their prices remain competitive.
