(More customer reviews)I was first tempted to buy this product at a GNC store with the intention of trying it out and seeing if the claims were true. Within a week's usage, there was a noticeable difference in my nail growth, hair texture and appearance of skin. My nails were growing faster and were stronger. My hair stopped falling relatively and I noticed a fairer complexion too (not just on my face but on my hands and legs as well). Initially I was skeptical about the 3000 mcg of Biotin in the product but having researched a fair amount online, I understood that since this is a water-soluble vitamin (B7), the excess doesn't remain in the body and is flushed out. Also, the side effects documented in numerous sources were tantamount to almost nothing serious. I recently placed an order of two more bottles after my last one is about to deplete. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who beside the regular skin and hair care routine, would like to stay on top of their beauty regimen and seek/ maintain healthy skin, hair and nails!
