(More customer reviews)When you START to get a cold, I mean right when you get that first "uh oh" feeling in the back of your throat, RIGHT THEN you hit it with a bunch of this Echinacea; don't wait. And you hit it again over the day if you get that feeling in your throat again. This may go on for some days, but you DO NOT hardly ever get that cold. WARNING: if you wait at all to begin the treatment or try to ignore the symptoms because you are busy it may not work, and once you have the sniffles it won't help at all. ALTERNATIVE: Some people take Echinacea every day, and claim that they never get sick. Personally I never trust anyone else's heath claims. I can write this review which is the truth about my personal experience,and I can give you necessary conditions for making this herb work, but how can either of us know that it will work the same for you? We can't.
