Lost 20 pounds in 3 months exercising 5-6 days/week, 60-90 min. and doing 3 normal, healthy, balanced meals per day. Drank 1.5 liters of water per day minimum and avoided junk food at all costs. Assured intake of fruit & vegetables and my body experienced change. High blood pressure dropped to normal and stamina increased. I now fall asleep without tossing & turning for hours. I combined it with Omega 3, garlic gelcaps & CoQ10 for my heart condition.
