I was taking a more popular multivitamin and knew that it did not have all the vitamins and minerals my body needed. And other real multivitamins I had looked into were very expensive. When this was suggested, I realized that this was not only a good product, but reasonably priced. It says to take 2 vitamins several times a day, but even taking the 2 vitamins in the morning, I can feel a change in my energy levels. The only draw back I encountered was it may have thinned my blood a bit, because I started to have nose bleeds on very dry days. Everyone will have a different opinion and experience, but I always suggest people look into these vitamins if they feel they are not getting enough out of their current popular multivitamin.
