(More customer reviews)This omega 3 product is fish-oil based, screened for mercury/heavy metals. Large gel caps but narrow width so they're easy to swallow. Good price for this quantity and content. The seller was prompt with emails and provided a tracking number, however, the shipment arrived quickly so I didn't need to check up on tracking. :)
2 of these provide the recommended over 500mg/day of EPA for brain (depression, ADD, Alzheimers) and general heart health. [If you have heart disease, however, you may need twice as much or more, so you really want to check with your physician about dosing, bleeding risks, and other medications before taking more; also a different formulation may be more cost effective for you.] If you have reflux or GERD, you may have the occasional "fishy" burp. I don't think there's any way around that with omega 3 oils, but the benefits outweigh this issue. Some people may prefer a capsule to salmon, sardines, and tuna 3 times a week. :}
