(More customer reviews)My doctor suggested that I start taking a B-50 complex because of a sudden depression that had stayed around for a month, at a time when I was taking a number of prescription medications. We both felt that adding an antidepressant would be overkill. Although my diet was adequate, it is possible that either stress, or illness, or the medications I was taking, or all three were increasing my B-vitamin requirements, because within an hour after taking my first tablet of this brand, I was restored to a sense of well-being and depression and confusion were gone.
