(More customer reviews)I used to take about 10 different vitamins a day, it got to where my gag reflexes couldn't take it anymore so I came across these at Sams Club and I love them. They taste great so it kind of like a treat. It has an excellent amount of Vitamin D in it, better then most single Vitamin D tablets. Only con is that the amount of DHA and EPA is almost insignificant. But that's okay because I found a good gummy for that to!
