(More customer reviews)I have always struggled with anxiety and have been prescribed medications such as ativan and xanax at different times in my life. This supplement was originally recommended to me by my naturopath doctor and I have found it helpful in moderatley stressful situations and to promote relaxation. I probably would still use my prescription for things like flying which elicit alot of stress in me. But otherwise I tend to just use this supplement if I am having an overly anxious day and it does help.
