(More customer reviews)I have been taking these vitamins for 40 days. I don't know if that they have improved my health. But they are the most difficult pill I have ever tried to swallow~!!! It's not that they are excessively large, they simply adhere to the back of my tongue and won't easily slide down my throat. I am considering throwing the remaining away. Choking to death won't enhance any man's health.
