(More customer reviews)I like that this pill has calcium, magnesium, Vit D3, and Vit K2 all in one pill. The pills are quite large, but they break easily to make them smaller. They have a soft almost crumbly texture to them, which I like, because I feel this will make it easier for my body to digest and absorb the nutrients in them. What I didn't like is no where in the description does it say you have to take 4 pills to get the amounts of vitamins listed on the front of the bottle. I will still use these, but it would be helpful to have known this before hand.
