(More customer reviews)I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis four years ago and I've had two surgeries. The last surgery was successful (thank you Drs. Sinervo and Albee in Atlanta), but as expected with adenomyosis, I still have pain. I take 50 to 150mg of Pycnogenol, and instead of living with a dull, level 4 throbbing, the pain is almost nonexistent. If I miss a day my body lets me know.
This is most effective when one drinks the recommended 8 cups of water per day;)
