(More customer reviews)I purchaced this product because the ads and other runners said that it helps to relieve soreness after hard workouts and allow you to hit it hard again the next day. I found this to be true and will continue to use udos oil. When I read the small print on the pill bottle, it said that 14 pills equal 1 tablespoon of oil. I weigh 200 lbs. and my max dose would be 4 tablespoons per day which would equal 56 pills per day. If I could swallow this many pills, they would be gone in about 4 days. I have been taking 8 per day and have noticed a difference. Next time I will get the liquid and add it to my oats and shakes.
