I was on prilosec for a very long time and continued to have what the doctors said was gerd (reflux disease). What I really had was too few enzymes to break down the food. When I started taking these tablets (2) per meal, all the upset stomach, diarrhea and acid reflux disappeared within the week. These tablets are probably saving my life.
