(More customer reviews)I have struggled with cracked heels for years. I have tried sleeping in socks but I HATE sleeping in socks. So I end up taking them off because my feet get too hot. These booties are perfect! Since the toes are exposed, my feet don't get as hot and after sleeping in these for a day or two, my cracks are significantly better. They don't last forever, and I don't recommend washing them in the wash machine. But they'll last for 3-6 months. The gel does wear down, but I can't imagine how it could stay intact with all the walking I do on them. The gel didn't come off mine though. I highly recommend this product!
