They've been around for years and I wouldn't use anything else. Very reasonable prices. Sold at most health stores. I've also bought this product at holistic centers. This line is well known in the holistic community. It works. It's gentle, may take about 12-24 hours but it's not harsh. They have a very complete line of products for people with all kinds of stomach and colon ailments.
Check the ingredients and make sure you aren't allergic - they are just natural substances. I've never heard of anyone having a problem with Renew Life. A very highly recommended brand.
I noticed someone described it as a "worthless colon cleanser", they talked about detox and fasting. No one ever said this product is for this purpose. It's not fiber either. You take this when you have trouble with elimination - you take two with a glass of water, with or without food and between 12-24 hours you will get results. This is not meant for a heavy colon cleanse. Someone who wants to gets themselves really cleaned out should look into colonic irrigation.
