They have all your basic multi vitamins & minerals plus fish oil plus some of the other stuff that others are just starting to market. Pretty amazing vitamin. Add Carlson Golden Aloe & a B-complex & you should have it all covered. Nutrition, stress & inflamation. Not to mention that aloe has shown to cure "many" diseases. Feel good, be healthy the easy & safe way : )
