(More customer reviews)I've had a lot of success with certain brands of black cohosh. They aren't all the same in my system. This one took a little under two weeks to significantly decrease the number of night sweat incidents and hot flashes. Usually black cohosh works for several months and then stops. I go without for 6 weeks and then begin the regimen again. I stick with 40 mg 2x a day. Gaia is a high quality product.
