(More customer reviews)I was really sick, like I couldn't get up in the morning, for weeks and weeks. I was drained of energy and of mental clarity (I was getting foggy and blackouts at times). I went to a pharmacy and they recommended magnesium.
I had been on a lot of medications, and straining to get through the day. Imagine a car, that has gone 50,000 miles, without an oil change. Same principle.
Well, the day after I took magnesium, I felt better. The next day, I felt even better, etc. It didn't ''cure'' me, but it has helped, a lot.
