(More customer reviews)I started taking Twinlabs Norweigan Cod Liver Oil when I was about sixteen years old. I've worn glasses since I was at least eleven. Why does that matter? Because after about six years of taking this brand of cod liver oil, I went to the doctor for a new eye exam. They told me that, for my age, I had the best retinas they had seen in a long time. There were no signs of deterioration at all. This product has large doses of vitamin A and D. Even though it tastes hideous, it's liquid form is fast absorbing and very effective. It is always best taken with BUTTER for full absorption! Highly recommended!!!
