For over a month, I've been taking just one capsule every morning instead of the recommended two. I have noticed an increased energy and a more "awake feeling" that lasts consistently throughout the work day and I take it with breakfast for better absorption. I have noticed that it keeps me too alert for bed if I take it in the afternoon. Another reviewer mentioned that the minerals are chelated but from the bottle label, I only see that Iron is marked as being chelated.
