(More customer reviews)When my chiropractor suggested Coconut oil instead of Canola oil, I was not certain this could be done. I have since changed my mind. I use coconut oil as a spread, for frying and in baking. I modify all my recipes to this oil instead of anything else. The only issue is summer time; this stuff starts to melt on you and really turns into "oil". With the AC on, it's not that bad. You can always put it in the refrigerator but it will be like hard butter. Winter time, it's perfect. The color reminds you of lard but make no mistake, it's nothing like it!
