(More customer reviews)I purchased this product because my husband and I were looking for a meat substitute for our diets. What I like about this is that it really goes a long way and adds the texture needed for recipes that you would normally use hamburger meat for. However, any other use for this product I have yet to figure out and I would recommend that anyone not knowing how to use this product purchase a smaller package. Other than that I like this product. I have used it in chile, soup, spaghetti sauce and tacos.
