The stress pills are awesome for when I'm totally overwhelmed and just need that extra bit of nutritional support. I notice oif I just take the normal ones and not the stress ones, if I am overdoing it that I get a bit snappish and grouchy, while when taking these I seem better able to handle things without letting it affect my mood.
Do take a calcium pill with these, though - that's the one thing not included in sufficient amounts here!
