It is molecularly distilled so is free of mercury or PCB contamination, and the capsule is small, coated (prevents fish-oil burps), and delivers a relatively large amount of EPA (150 mg) and DHA (100 mg) per tablet. Prices at Amazon.com are about half the cost from health food stores.
