(More customer reviews)I started taking this vitamin on the recommendation of my sister, who's very knowlegeable about holistic healing. I've had a lot of past problems with other vitamins upsetting my stomach and she said it was because they were chemically manufactured and that I would probably do better with a natural product. She was right!! I can take these any time (even on an empty stomach) with no discomfort whatsoever.
The following may be purely psychosomatic or a happy coincidence but in the 10 or so days since I've started taking these vitamins I've slept much better (had been waking up every hour or two for weeks beforehand) and I was having 2-3 hot flashes per day and now have fewer than 1 per day.
I highly recommend!
