(More customer reviews)Friends SWEAR by this supplement. I found it to be good, but nothing excessively impressive. I have a colleague who said within one week back pain from a injury was GONE. I have issues w/arthritis type of pain in hands & didn't notice consistent pain relief, but in all honesty I am not good about taking these every day, due in part to the number you must take. One point to consider, the MINIMUM number you take are (3) up to (5) depending on your weight. Amazon has the BEST price, though on these!
