(More customer reviews)I like that this product is a standardized extract, for consistent dosing. This has definitely helped my cycle be more regular, with less severe cramps. I truly like not lashing out at people for no reason at the beginning of my cycle, and I really, really, really like having a shorter period. Wish my doctor would've suggested this instead of hormonal birth control pills back when I was younger.
