(More customer reviews)Buy these for the other half and he swears by them for ripping down. They work like a dream for him when he is at the 'stubborn' last plateau in his regimen. He has had no side effects and really digs them. I on the other hand felt like crap after taking it, but I think it was a conflict in one of the ingredients with my body chemistry. Having seen his results, I would still recommend them, with the warning to eat something with them, and stop taking them if you have adverse effects.
